This Privacy Policy explains how xRentra (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”).

- Account information: name, email address, company name, password, and role.
- Billing information: subscription plan, payment status, and related invoices. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us in full.
- Business data: equipment, customers, quotations, reservations, invoices, deposits, damage reports, maintenance records, documents, photos, and other content you enter into the Service.
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, used to operate and improve the Service.
- Communications: messages you send us through contact forms, email, or support channels.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Create and manage accounts, teams, and subscriptions
- Process billing and send transactional notices
- Send product updates, trial reminders, and support replies

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we may retain limited information for legal, security, billing, or backup purposes for a reasonable period, then delete or anonymize it.
